• Use new base image for docker.
• Add medium to /go.
• Update Dockerfile.
• Truncate HTTPError body in production, to avoid spamming the log file when services have intermittent errors. Full message is still sent to e.g. exception services such as Airbrake.
• Prefer && and || over "and" and "or".
• Update to Facebook API v2.12.
