Deploy 1d75fa0 Diff: heroku/v218...heroku/v219 Fix titelize keeping newlines. Remove another tracking param. Remove && in middle of url. Make Dailymotion use username instead of screenname in URL. Fix vimeo.com/channels/ URLs. Remove optional component of URLs. This might cause feeds to break for some people, but it makes the code simpler.
