• Comment out rustc since I do not use yjit.
• fly: set scheduled_snapshots = false
• Update gems.
• Ruby 3.4.7
• Upgrade the openssl gem to work around openssl 3.6.0 issue.
• Headers: Disable Upgrade-Insecure-Requests in development.
• Set spellcheck="false" on input fields.
