Notes
The Nimbus consensus client v26.10.2 release is high-urgency for Hoodi due to unscheduling its Glamsterdam fork activation per https://blog.ethereum.org/2026/10/22/glamsterdam-hoodi-delay and low-urgency for other networks. Because --payload-builder-url has switched from being a single option to a list, use of the --payload-builder-url option via TOML configuration files needs to adjust to provide its --payload-builder-url options in such list form. Non-TOML (e.g., command-line) usage of --payload-builder-url remains compatible.

Urgency guidelines
low-urgency: update at your own convenience, sometime within our normal monthly update cycle
medium-urgency: may contain an important stability fix, it is better to update sooner rather than later
high-urgency: update as soon as you can, this is a critical update required for Nimbus to function correctly
