Additions:

• Add getting and setting existing chime settings for battery doorbell by @lennartnederstigt
  • Do not poll hardwire chime to prevent rattling
  • Make sure the hardwired chime settings are retrieved

Bug fixes:

• Fix Baichuan login when message is unencoded (like RLC-423)
• Do not raise during Baichuan get_states and improve Baichuan debug logging
• Software version parsing error to debug

Optimazations:

• Change wake arg of get_states to a dict
• Increase Baichuan timeout from 15 to 30 seconds (waking of battery cams)
