Camera streaming now starts. In 1.70 the Camera streaming switch turned itself back off and nothing happened - the Portal's video encoder was refusing the settings we asked for, and the switch was reporting its state before the stream had a chance to start. Both fixed. Sound works too: the microphone permission was never being granted, so turning on Camera sound now asks for it, and re-running the provisioning kit grants it. Camera sound and a Stream video now toggle both appear under Settings > Home Assistant (MQTT), so you can start the stream and test it on the Portal itself - play rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/ in VLC - without needing Home Assistant.
