Fixes the phone remote going partly unresponsive after an app update: Power, Back, Home, the touchpad, and page up/down now reliably reconnect when you open the remote (this also restores the Calls-to-home bridge and quick buttons, which share the same service). Also adds volume controls (with mute) to the remote's Media tab, a Screensaver button to the remote, and album art now shows in the home mini-player for tracks that provide it as a URI.
