Release contains breaking changes to support different tickers in the protocol (USD and EUR as default). Tickers are defined on the host side and new tickers can be added without breaking backward compatibility.
Also fixates current rate of the server when signing intercommunication occurs. That will prevent sudden suspends when sending HTLC and exchange rate updated right between state_update messages.
