• Low-level Electron security configuration improvements.

As part of these security improvements, this release removes spellcheck for editors that was added in the last release. It is not determined when this feature will come back.

Known issues that will be addressed in a future release:

• [Windows] Window blurs after focus from background (#409)
• [macOS] Mixed reports on running app on Catalina. Users may download the dmg file directly instead of the zip file as a workaround (#399)
