Fixed

• JMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV, WebDAV, MS Exchange: HTTP requests had no timeout, so a connection that died mid-request hung the run forever; connecting, and each read or write, now times out after 5 minutes and the request goes through the normal retry path (fixes #53)
• Google Takeout: Portuguese (Brazil) system labels (Caixa de entrada, Enviado, Com estrela, Categoria: ... and the rest) were imported as plain folders instead of mapping to mailbox roles, keywords or being dropped like their English counterparts (fixes #50)
• Google Takeout: messages labeled neither Opened nor Unread were imported as unread; only Unread now marks a message unread (fixes #51)
• Google Takeout: contacts without a UID were stored once per contact group file; they are now keyed by their content, so each is stored once. Archives imported with an earlier version keep the old copies, so re-import into a fresh archive (fixes #52)
