Bug Fixes

• In some situations, like using stagemonitor in combination with Dandelion, the response size could exceed the size specified in the Content-Lengh Header. This could lead to truncated http responses an a non functioning in browser widget.
• The @MonitorRequests annotation can now be applied at class level (thx @marcust)
