Switch 20.3.0/AMS 1.9.3 CFW PACK

A little update,most part still use the same file!
AMS1.9.3 Hekate6.3.1 Firmware.20.3.0
Please try not to update your OFW and keep it to 19.0.1 and below as much as possible
(if it does not affect any of your behavior and gameplay)

UPDATE 2025/07/30:

• add support for 20.3.0 HOS;
• Compatibility with KOTOR 2 (Star Wars) loading modules has been fixed;
• Overall system stability improvements to enhance user experience;
• Removed the old version of kip for 20.2.0;
• Removed the old version bluetooth plugin for 20.2.0 (I don't think it's necessary);

UPDATE 2025/08/07:

• add EOS support for 20.3.0 HOS and AMS1.9.3,enjoy！;

• unlock loader.kip limitation;

• remake most ovl and nro;
