Changes

• Added High DPI support (now requires .NET Framework 4.7 and Windows 10)
• Changed GUID to not conflict with other deskbands made with CSDeskBand

Update instructions (≤0.2 → ≥0.2.1)

• Uninstall old release by running uninstall.cmd as admin within the old release folder to unregister the old GUID.

• Install v0.2.1 by running install.cmd in the new release folder as admin to register the new GUID.

  Just replacing the dll file does not work.
