Release 1.15

• Fix #35 Numerical answers with decimals.
• Fix #34 Asterisk cannot be inserted
  as answers for numerical type question.
• Escape '$' in replacement string PR 33
  thanks to Simon Schoenenberger.
• Fix #32 HTML is removed when using
  curly braces inside answers.
• Remove deprecated and now removed ModalFactory dependency. Therfore, the
  minimum required Moodle version is now 4.3
