fix(sigenergy): send the REST mode switch alongside MQTT and log both by @springfall2008 in #5692
In read-only mode, a Sigenergy system that is held in VPP mode now also gets the REST operating-mode switch, as well as the MQTT one. Each outcome is logged on its own line, so the logs show which of the two the system acts on.
