New feature to control the battery during car charging:
car_charging_from_battery defaults to True (existing behaviour)
When set to False the home battery discharge will be disabled when the car charges, preventing it from discharging into the car.
This will only work if you plan car charging with Predbat (it must have the slots pre-planned and you need to match that plan), for example Octopus Intelligent or if you use car_charging_plan_smart
