Note: This is backward compatible, the update should just work, however you can delete all the User Configuration items from ' user_config_enable: True' and downwards from your apps.yml file if you like.
- Removed all the user configuration items (that are set inside Home Assistant) from apps.yml, just leaving the ones that must be set inside apps.yml
- Improved the Readme and started to create some videos
- Fixed a rounding error with the reserve hold
- Added a prefix option to allow for multiple Predbat instances
