• Added real time multiplier setting which allows increasing the download speed of real-time downloading (in my testings, up to x10 was still slow enough to download 500 songs without rate limits)
• Added track padding width which allows for setting the number of zeroes before the actual number when pad tracks is enabled, e.g. 01, 001, 0001, etc.
