Breaking changes

GET /api/v1/stats and GET /api/v1/export now require authentication and the scope parameter is removed. Replacements:

• Public statistics for a single link: GET /api/v1/public/stats/{code} (no auth required)
• Statistics and export for a link you own: GET /api/v1/stats/links/{url_id} and GET /api/v1/export/links/{url_id}
