One of the biggest Vice updates so far. Every open bug was hunted down to its root cause, and three of the most requested features shipped alongside.

New features

Game-tagged clips. Clips save as Vice_Clip_4_Overwatch-2.mp4 when a known game is focused, using the same curated game list as Discord Rich Presence. Toggle in Settings → Storage. (#72)
Separate audio tracks. Record game, voice chat, and microphone as their own tracks for editing, via Settings → Recording → Separate audio tracks. (#45, #53)
MKV container option. Crash-safe recording for long sessions; MP4 stays the default since Discord embeds need it. (#50)
Themed share embeds. Discord embeds now carry your accent color instead of gray. (#38)

Clips no longer hit "Timed out waiting for GSR clip to finish writing", and the startup remux that could corrupt healthy clips to 0.02s is gone. (#81)
The resolution setting actually applies now; it was silently ignored on the default backend. (#80, thanks @quadruplea0 for the parallel PR)
Audio desync from trimmed clips. (#73)
Black/grey video when playing clips inside the Vice window. (#79, #68)
vice-app segfault on NVIDIA setups without GBM. (#82)

Hotkeys survive unplugging and replugging your keyboard; no more daemon restarts. (#65)
"Could not copy link": clipboard tools are now installed by the installer, and a manual-copy dialog appears if all else fails. (#76, #78)
Share links could point at a serveo.net upsell page when cloudflared was missing. The fallback is gone; Vice now shows a clear error with an install hint instead. (#78)
The installer no longer sprays hundreds of "rm: Permission denied" lines after building gpu-screen-recorder. (#84)

README rewritten around a two-command install.
Errors that used to fail silently (audio detection, thumbnails, tunnel startup) now say why, in the log and in the UI.
60+ new tests.

Update with yay -Syu (AUR) or cd Vice && git pull && ./install.sh (git clone).
