Windows users can now hide window controls without leaving invisible minimize, maximize, close, or menu targets over Spotify's page controls. Install hide-window-controls 0.1.7 and keep the Spicetify daemon running.
The native filter releases when the module is disabled or disconnected, and restores native behavior if the daemon exits. Window dragging, resizing, and keyboard window commands remain available.
This release also includes dynamic shell completion and preserves daemon auto-start registration across CLI upgrades.
Verified in the Windows Spotify desktop client with actual mouse clicks, module enable/disable cycles, and daemon crash recovery. The release workflow runs the Rust test suite on Windows, macOS, and Linux, including cross-process native tests on Windows.
