Arise v1.0.0

From the ashes of wmcms, Arise is born. Running a dynamic nginx site sucks, and you shouldn't need to maintain mutable infrastructure in order to have a decent hierarchical website that Just Works.

This project was launched in order to build a comprehensive (and, most importantly, practical) website framework that takes advantage of modern DevOps techniques, but also prioritises long-term stability and maintenance as first-class design considerations.
