- Add Czech translations for the standard
cslocale while preserving the existingczlocale and its unchanged translation content. - Add regressions through Laravel package translation resolution and notification mail rendering, including both locale names, fallback behavior, namespace isolation, placeholders and English controls.
Thanks to @kojdad-alt for the contribution in #332, with compatibility corrections and validation.
No breaking runtime or API changes. PHP/Laravel requirements, Composer advisory policy, hosted images and the fixes released in 1.40.5 remain unchanged.
Validation
Local full suite: 220 tests / 546 assertions with MariaDB and a real Redis cluster. PHPStan, full Pint, Composer strict validation, platform checks and advisory audit pass. All eight pre-merge and nine post-merge GitHub checks passed, covering all seven supported PHP/Laravel combinations.
