Fix Redis health checks on phpredis cluster connections by routing PING with a key. Redis errors now produce failed results instead of aborting subsequent health checks.
Includes real Redis Cluster regression coverage and corrected package-view registration for static analysis. No breaking changes or PHP/Laravel requirement changes.
