What’s changed

• Fix GD image loading for valid PNGs that emit non-fatal decoder warnings when an application converts PHP warnings to exceptions, including Laravel applications (#336).
• Preserve decoder diagnostics for genuinely invalid images and restore the application error handler after decoding.
• Strengthen regression coverage for successful conversions, invalid/empty/truncated images, and error-handler restoration. Exercise both external and bundled GD on PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.5.

There are no public API or PHP requirement changes.
