Release to fix error when the SUPERVISOR_PHP_COMMAND, QUEUE_PHP_COMMAND, and WEBSOCKET_PHP_COMMAND were set or cached by the machine running the container. These variables should not be overridden, hard code them to prevent error when updating to version 0.5.0+ from version 0.4.5 or below.
If your'e seeing errors like: ERROR There are no commands defined in the "octane" namespace., this update will fix that.
