Finally defeated the memory pressure issues when massive workloads were captured (#17). This release includes a queue whose head is kept in memory, while the tail (when it overflows the allocated buffer size) is written to disk, ready to be put back in memory when events are dequeued.
Also, the performance of the Sqlite output file has been improved massively.
