Instructions

  • Download live tarkov
  • Copy live tarkov folder to another location, call it something like "spt"
  • Do not remove live tarkov folder, it must be installed for SPT to function
  • Copy contents of Release-SPT-16584.zip (found at the bottom of this post) into newly created 'spt' folder
  • Run Server.exe and wait for it to start
  • Start Launcher.exe
  • Create account (NOT the same details as your live account) - choose edition you want (EoD, Standard etc)
  • Click 'Register'
  • Click 'Start game'

Known issues
No airdrops
Traders don't refresh when they're supposed to - workaround: restart server
Some quests need PMCs to spawn in map locations that have no Scavs making them impossible to complete
Selecting the overview tab as a scav can break your client - workaround: alt+f4 to escape
Looting while extracting can break the client - workaround: alt+f4 to escape
Flashbangs dont give the ear ringing (tinnitus) effect
Christmas items can be found on scavs / loose loot
Single stacks of money can be given as a reward by the scav case
Too many Rogues spawn on lighthouse, resulting in < 5 scavs spawning
Flea offers sold while server is offline are marked as expired and items returned

NOT issues
BSG have blacklisted a lot of high-level items from the flea. You can disable this blacklist by editing the enableBsgList setting to be false (Use Eresh Configurator mod to do so)

General
Support 12.12 EFT - version 16584
Added code to handle new mechanics for double-barrel and revolver shotguns
Updated most map loot (including Lighthouse) with more dumps from live
Added exUsec (Rogue) bot with loadouts from live to Lighthouse
Added AFK patch to prevent timing out after 5 minutes of inactivity, default is 1 week
Fixed bug with loose loot, more loot should spawn
Car extracts now give fence rep
PMCs now use different bot types, large changes in behaviour should be expected
Add new weapons/armor/ammo from 12.12. to PMCs
Weapon durability randomisation - different levels for weapon/armor durability, PMCs = highest, Bosses/Followers/ExUsec = very high, everyone else = average
Split insurance multiplier to be per-trader – insurance prices should be closer to live
Fixed BEAR hands/body/feet being set to USEC
Updated Assorts with live data dumps
Regenerate boss data with more dumps from live
Removed last name from Raiders to be more in-line with live
Updated fence assorts to include new items from 12.12
Remove stormtrooper bot and his follower json as they're no longer used by client
Fix server error when trying to use air/water filters in hideout
Scavs can now have 3 possible limb health configurations, chosen randomly at raid load

Quests
Implemented daily and weekly quest system (dailies start at level 5, weeklies at 15)
Updated Quests with live data dumps
Fix bug where weapons quest rewards had no mods
Fix bug where ammo box rewards from quests were empty

Scavs
Fixed bug where killing a pmc as a scav made all scavs turn hostile
Fixed bug where fence standing was reset to 0 when playing as scav
Killing scavs can alter fence rep when playing as a scav
Extracting from a raid as a scav gives fence rep
Randomized fire mode selection of scav weapons when looted
Scavs now have variable body part health (scavs have 3 body part profiles)

Flea
Fixed bug in flea where tax was calculated as NaN due to division by 0
Flea tax should be much more accurate when compared to live
Blacklist more 'bad' items from flea
Updated flea tax calculation to be closer to what the client shows it will charge
Update flea to include new items
Update flea dynamic prices from live dump data
Reduced logging of flea market offers
Flea offer count adjusted to be higher than before

Modders
Items.json had many of its properties removed by bsg (CreditPrice/Rarity etc), we have the old file for use called legacyItems, it will be removed once we have a solution in place to replace the missing properties.
Updated gamestart/logout data to match live (needs data value returned, not a null response)
PMC role can be adjusted in config, by default usec are 'bossTest', bear are 'test', refer to BotConfig.js
Bot weapon/armor min durability can be configured in botconfig.json/durability
Added gifter to bottypes jsons
Weapon durability can be configured in BotConfig per bot type
PMC difficulty can be adjusted in BotConfig (easy, normal, hard, impossible, asonline)
PMC loot has lots of new config vars exposed in BotConfig:
Item type whitelist
Item blacklist
Item type spawn amount limits
Money stack amount limits
Max value in loot on a bot limit
PMC bot types can be configured in BotConfig
akiVersion string can be any semver value
Added sourcemaps to help make error messages useful
