Updated to newer version of EFT (the last release before EFT 1.0). Massive work by Arch and Cj to deobfuscate game client to assist mod developers.

Launcher: A brand new launcher experience
SIC: (Server Information Center) The ability in real time to access information about your server in a web app, as well as change configs and create or modify profiles. You can access it from a button in the new launcher

Client DeObfuscation: The client now has every named class and many more named methods

Fixed up the gear rack only being level 1 on dev profiles
Refactored the whitelist & blacklist for EoD+ quests (sp-tarkov/server-csharp#808) and whitelisted this quest line for Unheard edition
Refactored the bot equipment filter to not apply adjustments if the current weight is 0 (sp-tarkov/server-csharp#755)

Nearly all original class/method/variable names have been added back to the client
All server configs are now injected. The Config server has been removed
The database is now injected. The Database server has been removed
The server now supports pre-patching, this means you can now extend Enums
