which lets you do momentary push to talk, it also mutes the audio from
others, so you can use it when monitoring by speakers, in a remote audio
engineering situation, for example. keybinding is 'T' also. - Added quit confirmation, when trying to quit when connected
- Cleaned up microfades when muting, to avoid clicks
- Input FX enabling is easier (can click anywhere on header)
