Pear
- Now playing catches up after a skip. Skipping in Pear (
!skip, skip vote, skip reward, removing the current request, or Skip in the queue window) updates the current song even when Pear’s WebSocket misses the track change. Songify asks Pear for the new track over HTTP after a successful skip. - Failed skips stay in the app. If Pear refuses or cannot reach
next, the skip is logged and treated as failed instead of throwing. Chat skip does not announce a skip that never happened, and a skip reward that cannot be fulfilled is still refunded. - Very high view counts. Pear track info with a view count above 2.1 billion parses correctly.
Twitch rewards
- Create reward shows Twitch’s reason. If creating a channel-point reward fails, the dialog shows Twitch’s message (for example, a title that is already in use) instead of a generic error. The status code and response are written to the log.
