This is a Testnet release. It is not recommended for Mainnet Beta

Changes

• Dramatically reduce AccountsIndex memory usage (for example around 7GB savings on mainnet-beta)
• solana --url now supports shorthands for common official RPC URLs like mainnet-beta or just m
• solana catchup now supports the --our-localhost shorthand without any other arguments if run locally.
• Bound the number of gossip entries per node to reduce RAM usages
• Documentation updates
