Native lib artifacts for react-native-executorch 0.10.1.
Repackaging only: every library byte is identical to v0.10.0-libs. Nothing was recompiled.
Fixes the core-* artifacts shipping every backend (#1464 §1, §2):

- core-android now carries libexecutorch.so (+ executorch.jar) only. The backend .so ship in xnnpack-android-* and vulkan-android-* as they always did.
- core-ios now carries ExecutorchLib.xcframework + libthreadpool_{ios,simulator}.a. The 21 other archives under libs/executorch were referenced by nothing (verified against the link line of a Release build) and made xnnpack-ios/coreml-ios/mlx-ios byte-identical duplicates of what core already held.
- MPS (libbackend_mps_*.a) is no longer shipped. It had no toggle and the podspec never referenced it.
All other artifacts are byte-identical copies of their v0.10.0-libs counterparts.
