Big quality of life update.
The Pokédex is now a real editor: page through every species like a PC box, mark them seen, caught or unseen, search by name or number, and fill exactly what you are missing with the living dex gaps mode. Dex edits now write correctly on every generation, including Gen 4 and Gen 7/8/9 where they previously did nothing. Thanks to everyone who reported dex changes not sticking.
Box manager got a full screen rework: hold a box with A, reorder with L/R, select boxes with Y, then copy, empty or delete them in bulk. Boxes and individual Pokémon can be locked so release, sort and empty operations skip them. Locked Pokémon wear a padlock badge right in the box.
New toolkit for players: preset packs (Level 50, 100, 6IV, 0 Attack, 0 Speed, EV reset, friendship, Hyper Train), Showdown import and export for whole boxes, an RNG panel with PID, EC and shiny safe nature rerolls, and a Nuzlocke report that rebuilds your first catch per route.
Fixes: Gen 5 box deletion corrupting storage into invalid Pokémon, batch edits corrupting encrypted slots on Gen 3 to 5, natures reverting on Gen 3/4, and Gen 1 bag items. Also removed the red menu pointer and the box corner delimiters.
