Improvements

• Removed the experimental tag from DataFrame.to_polars().
• DataFrame.to_polars() now defaults to transport="parquet" instead of transport="arrow".

Bug Fixes

• Fixed DataFrameReader.jdbc(PrPr) timing out on slow external data sources by executing the source query lazily.

Improvements

• Fixed Index.to_pandas() returning an integer Index whose width (for example int8 or int32) depended on the integer width the server returned, instead of the int64 that Snowpark pandas uses for all integer types. This also affects Index.astype to any integer type.
