Added two new image hosters: oeimg and ptscreens. You will need to register on their site, and provide your API Key in your config.py file (OEIMG_KEY and PTSCREENS_KEY).
Also removed imgur as an option, due to its autoremoval policy making it unsuitable for this use case.
