WiFi Locate Mode

Locate WiFi access points by BSSID with real-time signal strength tracking:

• Large dBm display with color-coded signal meter (20-segment bar)
• Distance estimation using log-distance path loss model
• RSSI history chart with 60-point sparkline
• Audio proximity tones (Web Audio API) that scale with signal strength
• Environment presets: Open Field (n=2.0), Outdoor (n=2.8), Indoor (n=3.5)
• One-click hand-off from WiFi scanner detail drawer
• Signal-lost detection (30s timeout)
• Session statistics (current/min/max/average RSSI)

Improvements

• Mobile navigation reorganized into labeled groups (SIG, TRK, SPC, WIFI, INTEL, SYS) for better usability
• flask-limiter made optional — rate limiting degrades gracefully if package is missing

Bug Fixes

• Radiosonde setup — setup.sh now explicitly installs semver alongside requirements.txt, fixing ModuleNotFoundError on radiosonde start
