This Update is for npmPlus Users. This release fix the build process and removes the arm-Dockerfile. No programcode changes.

- deprecated docker tag: plus-v*-arm, plus-latest.-arm will further be available.
Note
If you are using the Docker Tag influxdb:latest watch out as the latest tag is going to version 3 which is not compatible! See #57 for more information.
