MIDI Program Change Tone Switching
- Single VST instance: Presets switch via MIDI PC — no duplicate plugins
- MIDI PC mode: Chain → MIDI Program Change → map tones to program numbers
- Lock-free MIDI queue: Messages injected directly into the audio callback
- Coexists with bypass-toggle: NAM/IR use bypass, VSTs use MIDI PC
