Fourth beta - bugfix release

The previous version introduced some bugs that made the service very hard to work with. These have been fixed now.

• #51 - The application crashed when adding a new command
• #49 - The UI showed the wrong forms when adding sensors/commands
• #53 - When having many sensors/commands the UI grid overflowed making it impossible to add/delete sensors. This has been temporary fixed by adding a permanent scrollbar
