This is a maintenance release and fixes some smaller problems and updates the vendor scripts to the most current versions.

phpwcms v1.10+ bringt compatibility with PHP 8.2+ and adds features regarding compatibility to the most current MySQL/MariaDB.
Remember to upgrade phpwcms installations < v1.10 with the legacy version v1.9.39 first.
