polished the thread view a bit more, but i'm not sure this is bug-free. if you see any inconsistent or unexpected behavior when replying or deleting replies, please let me know.
- add replies directly underneath the post you're replying to (adding a divider and a in-reply-to line before the next post)
- when deleting posts from a thread, restore the divider where applicable
- auto-reveal equal content warnings when opening threads
- hide boost count on non-boostable statuses by @FineFindus in #557
