UniFi Network MCP 0.31.0 adds event filters and fixes misleading firewall updates and incomplete client lookups.

• unifi_list_events accepts optional categories and severities filters on v2 controllers, with controller-supported examples in tool discovery. Legacy controllers ignore these filters. #638
• unifi_update_firewall_policy rejects index before reading or writing the controller and directs callers to unifi_reorder_firewall_policies. #640
• Require Core 0.4.44 so installed packages receive the firewall validation fix and client lookup through /stat/user beyond the /rest/user cap. #659
