Some fixes or improvements (hopefully):
AudioSwitch not visible because a higher than 100% DPI is set on a display
Icon of a device is not found because of 32bit vs 64bit system path differences
Added a new option to use OS's internal OSD for volume changes and device switches. It's a matter of taste I guess but I've been using it myself for months and thought that it might appeal to someone besides myself :)
