Pre-release, same channel as 11.0.369.
Smart Search no longer sends "method": [] when Method is left empty. That body was rejected with 400 Invalid request body (#1094).
Also includes everything on homer11 since 11.0.369: correlated B2BUA legs in export, Go 1.27.3, and dependency bumps.
