Discovery: Spotify as a third source (Made For You mixes) (#463)
Details
With the sp_dc cookie already used for likes and Canvas, Discovery can now use Spotify next to Last.fm and YouTube Music. It reads the account's Made For You playlists (Discover Weekly, Release Radar, Daily Mixes, ...) from the web player's Home, shows them under "Mixed for you", and fills Fresh Finds with the songs of two personal mixes per page. Songs play through the configured sources, like Last.fm's.
Uses the web player's own queries (home, fetchPlaylist), with hashes read from its current scripts, kept up to date the same way as the others. A look is kept 12 hours unless refreshed.

macOS: this build is ad-hoc signed, not notarized (no Developer ID certificate is configured). The first time, right-click Lokal in Applications and choose Open, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Lokal.app.
