• Add Addons recovery tab to Downloads popup (#379)

  Details

  Summary

  • Add an Addons tab to the Downloads popup, alongside Queue and Others.
  • Show only enabled add-ons whose existing Settings → Addons warning condition is active: an access state exists and access.ready is false.
  • Show each add-on's icon, name, and the specific missing capability, login, or verification warning.
  • Start signed-session verification directly from the popup, even if the addon also reports missing capabilities. In the desktop app, the existing verification window opens; in the web app, a direct verification-page link appears without sending the user through Settings.
  • Route warnings that genuinely require changing addon settings to Settings → Addons, focused on the affected addon.
  • Refresh the warning list when addon settings change or the verification window reports updated access; show the current warning count on the tab.

  Verification

  • Compared against main: only src/components/DownloadManager.jsx changes.
  • GitHub diff reviewed. A local build and runtime test were not run in this environment.
