Lokal v1.9.0

Back from a week vacation so Lokal development may start increasing again.

Unfortunately, because of a rogue nightly build, past releases from v1.9.0 have been lost (with their tags) but they can still be built using commit history. I will re-introduce nightly builds once it can properly handle deleting nightly builds after 7 days.

FYI:
Lokal is 100% local; the library, history, anything in database, or any info that is used for API's such as yt-dlp, LRCLIB, is NOT seen by us.

New Features

• Custom Plugins: There is now a custom plugin system within Lokal, this will hopefully open a door for community-made features, custom visualizations, and even more.
• Auto-translation: Added support for automatically translating lyrics. It will automatically detect a song's language and translate into EN or another by choice.
• Waveform Improvements: Improved the waveform to be accurate and more smoother.
• Smart Focus: Lokal will attempt to auto-focus to prevent other applications from taking media priority while Lokal is playing.
• UI Cleanup: Completely re-ordered the settings section in order to make it easier to apply changes and more readable.

Critical Fixes

• Github Releases: Nightly builds went rogue and deleted past versions from Lokal, which has since been disabled and will be reintroduced once I can create a stable Github Actions version.

Minor Fixes

• Fixed Heart Positioning: Heart went off-center, now fixed.
• UI Cleanup: Removed redundant "Album Browser" button in settings.
