This Windows x64 prerelease continues the investigation into reports that videos on some slow HDDs can take 10–20 seconds to open or make the app appear frozen. The improvement on affected physical HDDs is not yet confirmed, so this remains a diagnostic test build rather than a general update.
If you do not experience slow HDD startup, hangs, or delayed/missing library thumbnails, you do not need to install this build.
Changes from rc.3
- Prevents ordinary media names containing
-from being mistaken for XTP script variants and triggering an unnecessary rescan of the slow HDD folder. - Applies the already-read basic script immediately. Optional Script Variants continue loading separately instead of delaying the basic script.
- Enables the per-axis checkboxes for FunOSR Pro and other multi-axis profiles. Disabled axes are excluded from live tests and playback output, saved across restarts, and safely returned to their home position when disabled.
Test instructions
- Extract this build into a new folder and open the affected HDD video once.
- After playback starts, use
Device → Diagnostics → Copy Issue Report. - Open another video, then reopen the same HDD video and copy the report again.
- Send both reports with a short note describing the observed delay. Local file paths and NAS addresses are redacted automatically.
Test build boundary
- Windows x64 ZIP only. No Setup EXE is published for this prerelease.
- The real-world HDD improvement is not yet confirmed; please keep the existing stable installation until testing is complete.
- This build is intended only for reproducing the slow-HDD symptoms and collecting diagnostics.
일부 느린 HDD에서 영상을 불러올 때 10~20초 이상 걸리거나 프로그램이 멈춘 것처럼 보이는 현상을 계속 확인하기 위한 Windows x64 프리릴리스입니다. 실제 저속 HDD 환경에서 개선됐는지는 아직 확정되지 않았으므로 일반 업데이트가 아닌 진단용 테스트 빌드로 배포합니다.
느린 HDD 재생 지연·멈춤 또는 라이브러리 썸네일 지연·누락을 겪지 않는 사용자는 이 버전을 설치할 필요가 없습니다.
rc.3 이후 변경 사항
- 일반적인 영상 파일명에 포함된
-를 XTP 스크립트 변형 표기로 잘못 판단해 느린 HDD 폴더를 불필요하게 다시 탐색하던 문제를 수정했습니다. - 이미 읽은 기본 스크립트를 먼저 즉시 적용합니다. 선택 기능인 Script Variants는 별도로 계속 불러오므로 기본 스크립트 적용을 지연시키지 않습니다.
- FunOSR Pro를 포함한 다축 프로필에서 축별 체크박스를 사용할 수 있게 했습니다. 끈 축은 라이브 테스트와 재생 출력에서 제외되고, 선택 상태가 재실행 후에도 유지되며, 비활성화할 때 안전하게 홈 위치로 복귀합니다.
테스트 방법
- 이 빌드를 새 폴더에 압축 해제한 뒤 문제가 있던 HDD 영상을 처음 열어 주세요.
- 재생이 시작되면
Device → Diagnostics → Copy Issue Report를 눌러 주세요. - 다른 영상을 열었다가 같은 HDD 영상을 다시 열고 보고서를 한 번 더 복사해 주세요.
- 체감한 대기시간을 짧게 적어 두 보고서와 함께 보내 주세요. 로컬 파일 경로와 NAS 주소는 자동으로 가려집니다.
테스트 버전 안내
- Windows x64 ZIP만 제공합니다. 이번 프리릴리스에는 Setup EXE가 없습니다.
- 실물 HDD 개선 효과는 아직 확정되지 않았으므로 테스트가 끝날 때까지 기존 정식 설치본을 유지해 주세요.
- 느린 HDD 현상 재현과 진단 수집이 필요한 사용자만 이용해 주세요.
