This Splunk OpenTelemetry Collector for Kubernetes release adopts the Splunk OpenTelemetry Collector v0.147.0.

• agent, clusterReceiver, gateway: Remove reference to a removed Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) attribute in the resource detection processor (#2282)
  The faas.id attribute has been removed in favor of faas.instance. Referencing this
  attribute in the processor configuration was causing upgrades to fail in GKE environments
  when clusterName is not set in values.yaml.
• agent: Revert change in v0.147.0 that dropped destination_service_namespace from Istio metric attributes (#2279)
